How do cancellations work?
Terms depend on your booking. We confirm the policy before you pay. If you have a specific date in mind to charter, we would ask that you reach out to us direct and pay a 50% deposit to reserve your booking. Once payment has been made and bookings have been secured clients have up to 48 hours to cancel and receive a full refund. After that period we will return 20% of the deposit to customers.
